Silvestre Gonzalez

Silvestre joined the team in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for leading and supporting the growth of Forge and the company’s operations. As a true partner of our affiliated partners, he is driven by his belief in Forge’s mission and the belief that clinicians are the natural leaders of their practices. Prior to partnering with our founders, Silvestre led several different dental groups, including a specialty group which grew from 6 locations to over 130 in the space of two and a half years. Prior to his career in Dentistry, Silvestre managed operations for a specialty recruiting and staffing company in North Carolina and Virginia.

Silvestre is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Greensboro and completed post graduate courses in Human Resources at Duke University. Originally from Puerto Rico, he spent his formative years in St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and frequently returns there with his wife Skye and his three daughters Briana, Aili and Gabrielle. In his free time, Silvestre enjoys going to the gym, woodworking, cooking and cheering for his favorite teams: the Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Braves.
